VOX is trash... I regret the date i subscribed with them

I really really regret the day i subscribing up with these people, they are bunch of ***********, good for nothing people and i hate that i have an account with them. I contacted the Vox sales department on the 15th of September to request a downgrade on my package and was advised that the change has been loaded, i received an SMS to accept the agreement which i did, and received a follow up SMS saying the contract will be processed shortly.

I called again on the 25th to find out if the changes were made on my package, and the lady i spoke to, told me that it takes 10 - 14 working day for the changes to be in effect, and will be charge pro-rata for the days i used the old package.

Last week i called to followed up again and was told the changes have not been loaded on the system/profile. I sent out an email to Katlego Motloung, Sifiso Buthelezi, Gugu Ashefon and Brizelle Pretorius and non of them has helped.

Today i called again and spoke to a very arrogant guy called Justin who told me my request was not logged as a downgrade but a new installation. How come i only get to find out that 27 days later? I hate this this service provider and will tell everyone n anyone who is willing to listen, To NEVER EVER subscribe with Vox. they are serious trash
