Vox is totally ****

I am so unhappy with vox. From day one I had problems anf customer service is horrible. I pay a lot of money for a service that is not working like it should. I have phoned more times then I can keep count with and all they can do is a blaming game. They blame openserve and openserve blames them. No one van fix the route of the problem. I will never recommend this fibre service to anyone at all.
