vox is this false advertising shaping p2p or you dont want to help or escelate to vumatel?

advertising unsahped and unthrottled fibre through vumatel. My p2p has a problem. I emailed vox. I explained over and over i have been doing IT for over 25 years. I also advised that doing a speed test tests html speeds and not P2P. I have made a request 3 times in 2 days asking vox to escelate to vumatel but they keep asking for speed tests via web. I dont know what kind of support staff work for vox but they need people who actually understand whats going on and not give the standard boiler plate *******.

I also told them i have experienced this issue with P2P being shaped every time i get a line speed upgrade and usually it gets resolved but lately Vox support are giving me such a hard time i feel like changing providers .. but who do i change to because it seems that all the providers suck.
