VOX is the worst service provider around

VOX is arguably the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. They lie to get business, they continue to show poor customer service and never deal to issues timelessly. As a business owner I have lost weeks , with no service but we still pay the same rental. They show zero concern and refuse to allow us to get out of the contract, although over the last 2 years, we get a poor service
