Vox is the worst ISP

Pathetic service from Vox, paid my account and it is active. No internet access. Your staff have the worst attitude, I contacted one specific person to tell her a few weeks ago that someone else's details are on my account and she just said she is not aware of my details being shared, no assistance offered to remove the person from my account, no help whatsoever. I emailed her yesterday to enquire about the no internet access to which she is yet to respond. I then contacted another team member who actually gave me info I can use. I then emailed the help line and all I got as per usual vox telecom style us a useless ticket number with no real person responding. I called the line too only to be put on hold for 30min while my airtime ran out. Pathetic service and will not recommend them to anyone.
