VOX IS THE WORST, AND NOTHING GETS RESOLVED, PROBLEMS NEVER STOPS

from day one i have been sitting with problems with my fibre at Vox,

i send emails, i try to phone, but the agents does not phone back, and you hold on the line for ours, this is really the worst service provider i have ever been with in my life,

i would not recommend Vox to anybody, stay away, and rather use any other service provider.

Kindly advise as to what your query pertains to in order for us to log a request with the relevant department to contact you and assist.
We have no open tickets logged on our system to attend to - last reques logged was 23 March 2023.

All cusotmers were also notified of the latest outage in the area.
