VOX IS THE WORST

Vox is literally the worst ever.

They have no customer service or understanding and their prices is RIDICULOUS.

You think you are signing up for a bargain. Think again, the way their prices increase every year is RIDICULOUS.

I was with VOX and then moved to a new place. I requested that they assist me to move my subscription to my new place they said NO and billed me R1700. They had the audacity to sent me a new quote for the new place. How will I use you if you couldn't assist me. RIDICULOUS.

So I cancelled VOX on 1 September and today they billed me again. FOR WHAT??? I cancelled in September and you confirmed the cancellation.

DO NOT USE VOX!!!!
