Vox is the pits, they are ****s & *******

Horrible service, you only receive responses from them when they feel like you deserve a response. On top of that I've been getting charged prorata for 2 months on top of my monthly service fee, how can I be paying for a service & then still get charged extra on top of that, that means there's been false advertising or I have been ******. I've been with vox for 3 months now & I understood the prorata for the first month as it wasn't a full month I was with them but this month I randomly got hit with another prorata charge for December January & February & when I ask why am I being charged this I am met with no response. My services, which I have paid for, have now been suspended & no one is responding to my querries
