Vox is the most unreliable internet service out there! I can not believe the outcome with them! I am extremely shocked not only with their service but with their communication! They don’t even have the answers themselves, 15 tickets later and still waiting!!!! To top it off they have even marked the tickets resolved when nothing has even been done! To top it off even further, I am paying for a 40mg line and they giving me 6.26mg for 3 weeks, but you still have to pay the full price! Instead of upgrading my internet as requested, they cancelled my internet. When I questioned Vox , the gentleman rep****: I am sorry not sure why they cancelled it. And now I am going on almost 5 days without internet connection. I have been promised feedback, nothing given I have been promised calls , still waiting I got one call this afternoon, lady says “ I’m sorry , but please be patient “ 🤣 what a joke Long story short! Don’t use Vox!
