Vox is the most incompetend and worse internet service provider

We cancelled our internet with Vox last year August due to the fact that we were moving from Bloemfontein to Ermelo. I paid the cancellation fee and they requested my new address so that they can collect the hardware. In Ermelo I got internet again through Vox and the agent who helped us again requested that they collect the hardware. So after a while we got an sms saying the courier will collect the hardware, awesome. O well the courier went to Bloemfontein and not Ermelo.....how stupid....so after struggling to get hold of Vox, sending them emails with no reply they send me an invoice for the hardware, I have to pay R1999 and then they suspended my account. Now still I can't get hold of Vox. Via Whatsup they told me to send the hardware via courier and I did. Well still can't get hold of them again and the courier is struggling to deliver this parcel. How useless this people is, just ignoring their client.
