Vox is Terrible.. worse decision to sign up!!!!

I noticed Vox has a massive log of bad service or just general poor fibre connection issues. Your guys at Vox are doing a great job and just shows everyone what type of provider you are... a solid -1/10... Whatever you do, dont trust vox. From installation to service to telephonic assistance... always blaming metro fibre.Both companies should have a meeting because I dont trust either one of you and then you expect payment. SEND ME AN INVOICE AND WILL NOT PAY FOR TIMES I DONT HAVE SERVICE WHICH IS INCREASING.TWICE LAST MONTH, THUSFAR 3 TIMES THIS MONTH!! No one can solve my issue. Then because I signed up in a special , I want to cancel, you want to charge me installation fee. YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO SKAAM AND NO UNDERSTANDING! Locking me in knowing you are a poor provider... come get your equipment and get out of our lifes! I am sure there are better providers out there.
