Vox is terrible

Vox is absolutely pathetic at getting back to anyone with any problems! We are renting a UPS , it was faulty and they replaced it with a new one, still on the renting contract , now they have billed us for the full amount of buying one . WHICH WE DIDN'T DO. and for the past month absolutely no one in the company can help us get this sorted , our account is now suspended and our WiFi has been cut , we phoned again and still , no one can help us , this is absolute BULL****. Vox, I've added in the reference number for the account, please sort this *** out!
