Vox is terrible

Terrible Terrible service I have a 10meg line but only receive 2.3megs per second download speed upload running 5.1mpc Now they want to suspend my account for a R35 were i dont know they got it, we received a statement of R719 and paid it on the 5th of January 2021

I have emailed them the proof of payment and now they want to suspend over a R35.00??????????
