Vox is so disappointing

So disappointed in Vox. They gave us a new modem because the old one wasn’t working so well. Now our extenders that cost R2500 each doesn’t work. We’ve been calling and calling them and they apparently can’t seem to help us. Two technicians have already been here and they don’t know what’s happening! Phoning them is pathetic. We stay on the phone for more than an hour just to get hold of them and still they can’t help. We need our extenders. I’m so angry and disappointed in their service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
