Vox Is Slow on Service Delivery!

I placed an order, and even though I already have an installation from last tenants. I am meant to wait 2 to 6 weeks even after I have confirmed and provided everything they need.

My mistake was not reading the comments on here on HP first as they are accurate to my experience and woudd have known better.

For anyone looking for ISP urgently, dont go to VOX.
