VOX IS PATHETIC- THEY DEBIT FOR SERVICES NEVER USED. I WANT MY MONEY

Vox has been a nightmare- I app**** for fibre in June. They could not activate my line at all even sent out two technicians.

A month later I took fibre services with a different ISP

Its been 4 MONTHS LATER FOR THEM TO SAY MY LINE IS NOW ACTIVE AND THEY BILLED ME DOUBLE

I HAVE NOT USED YOUR SERVICES AT ALL! I WANT A REFUND AND REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR DATABASE

DID VOX REALLY EXPECT ME TO WQAIT UNTIL THEY COULD ONE DAY ACTIVATE MY LINE 4 MONTHS LATER

I sent 5 CANCELLATION EMAILS BEFORE THE LINE WAS ACTIVATED TELLING YOU I HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT ISP

WHAT THE HELL IS THE DEBIT ORDER FOR???? I WANT MY MONEY- we do not have money growing on our backs, this is CYRIL'S economy.

Good! because wow!

5 emails later- 2 retention calls later- both confirming its been cancelled. I even sent an email requesting an address to courier the equipment to- all with no response. Customer centricity is clearly non existent. no process flows, no business model, not even QA monitors the conversations to ensure what is being said is followed with action on your end.
