VOX is PATHETIC / ****STERS

Vox Telecom is a ****. As a corporate client, they just lure you into a amazing contract, but only once the contract has reached end of it's term. You find out the ridiculous price you were paying for the hardware was just to "rent" it. You never own it, even after you pay more than double its value. To add further issues, they charge you for three(3) months if you cancel with them. Even if you are on a month to month basis.

My company has been billed for their services even after they collected their hardware. This is day light *******!!! I'm disgusted at the pathetic service received from them, they just ****** money from you.

Please do not use this company, as you will regret and find out it was one of the worst decisions made.
