VOX is Pathetic.
When they want you to sign up they have the best service, fast and efficient! As soon as they have you as a client, they turn their backs on you. I have been trying to get them to move my box for 3 weeks now, more than 20 calls has been logged with them - I have not heard a word from them since. Pathetic!
