Vox is pathetic

Vox is absolutely pathetic and a bunch of *******. I canceled my line with Vox over a year ago due to poor service delivery. I am now not able to get another line with my new ISP because Vox has not released my line with Tt connect and have been messing me around for over a week sending me to different people saying they will send the release email to TT connect.

I have now been without a connection for over a week and due to the incompetence of Vox I am unable to work. Vox us directly causing me a loss of income and I will be taking legal action against your pathetic service.
