Vox is PATHETIC

Literally would give 0 stars if I could. What a **** show. Honestly! Had such a great relationship with our service provider from our previous home. Tried Vox in our new home and have been waiting for installation since 5 Aug. I teach online and it has been a nightmare without wifi. My data prices have been through the roof. No customer care, no communication. When I try to cancel it says no order in progress but I do have an order in progress. Bunch of ******. I want to cancel this ****** order and go through another service provider because this is absolutely ridiculous. At this rate I'll probably find a vaccine for covid before my internet is installed. Vox is a disgrace!!!!
