Vox is not worth it. Worst internet service provider. Stay away.

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would.

Atrocious customer service it's actually mind blowing! I've been without Internet since 6th of August and I've constantly been emailing them ever since each time my ticket get closed without any feedback or even a phone call and I've descriptively described the problem the least they could do is fix it or update me on the matter and what the reason is for my internet not working.

So I continue to bother them and eventually one day I get through to their customer service agent and you guessed it he could not assist me all he had to say that there is a outage in cape town for octotel to my surprise the company I work for is with Octotel through RSA web and their internet is working perfectly.

I speak to agent over whatsapp once again could not help and instead proceeded to ignore me and send me stickers of laughing people like it's a joke.

To who ever is reading this please stay far away from Vox it's not worth it the internet is bad and the service is even worst. So here I am internetless since the 6th of August no urgency from vox or communication.

Did i mention im paying for 400/200 line and it cost almost R1300.00.
