VOX is NOT up front about UPS rental terms!

I wish I could give a zero star but that's not possible. Vox is being deceptive with their pricing. Although their Ts and Cs state that their products are not rent-to-own, there is nothing that is clear to let you know this from the purchase. They offer you a 12 or a 24 month contract period, which everyone would expect to mean that that is the total course you would pay until payment is complete and you own the UPS unit. But guess what? You have to pay a minimum of 12/24 months - thereafter you are on a month-to-month contract - which means you need to keep on paying for the unit even though they don't offer you any services with it after you have paid it off. Absolutely terrible from a company that already has terrible reviews on their fiber. Now to want customers to pay for something that is already paid off. Terrible. I'm so glad I found out eventually and hope that VOX takes a lesson from this and stops charging people after they should have finished paying off a product. That is not good business. To be clear - this was in the fine print in the Ts and Cs that the units are NOT rent-to-buy but the marketing of the site does not make this clear - it instead aims to deceive people that it's a fixed payment where as they should just tell people straight up that all their equipment is loan-only or at least else otherwise specified.
