Vox is not reliable

People i would not suggest taking anything through vox heres my story rep**** to their email -

Thank you for the poor service delivery and cutting my internet first of all my invoice due date that was sent to me via email states clearly that the due date is the 1st of Sept 2019 who gives you the right to try debit our account multipal times urlier then the debit order date / 1st sept 2019 thats the due date and if its up front why was i not told so from the beginning and why am i being sent a invoice and why am i given a due date of 1st sept 2019? And your payment Rejection admin fee you can take and shuff it you are responsible for my bank charges for the debit order that bounced bank unpaid fee R61 each time due to vox debiting without informing me. Im going to take this matter thurther with ombudsman and my attorneys social media will also be warned about this **** service cancel my account come and take your router i will find myself a different service provider.
