Vox is nonsense and they don’t care about helping consumers

My fibre is not working which is totally not my fault and this company is telling me to wait until Monday to get help So for up coming two days we must just wait with nothing working around the house We swiped our dstv for vox I just recommended this service provider to a family member I need to tell them to try another service provider because vox is totally nonsense
