Vox is joke

I had another one of the worst experiences vox again. I have received a credit last year end of November. Requested the credit to be refunded to me and i was instructed it would take 7 days after i send my banking details. Nothing happened untill i called this week. I was then instructed the extra router delivered to me when i moved need to be collected. Which noboby told me about. Bad services. Now i have been sent from one department to another but no one seems to be able get me though to logistics to arrange the collection. The credit is also invalid due to this fact. I do not know what to do anymore. So tired of this comapny and nobody takes responsibility. Ps it was escalated in the beginning the week. Worst service ever in my whole life. Thats after three weeks after i moved in with no wifi.
