Vox is *********** and don't care.

I have had nothing but trouble with Vox since connecting with them about 3 years ago. Sales staff are useless, in particular the one i am forced to deal with. More than a month ago i requested a down grade to come into effect on the 1st May. They immediately down graded my service that was already paid for and was needed for my home office. I HAD TO USE COSTLY DATA FOR A WEEK. In order to get it back they made me do a new contract. Before accepting i made a point of confirming that it would terminate at the end of the month as originally requested, which Warren confirmed. This did not happen. I am still getting high bills. Complaints on deaf ears. HAVE LEFT COUNTLESS MESSAGES. Email Tickets logged are sent back as resolved without even talking to me. WHAT DO I DO NOW!!!!!!! I had this problems last year when i tried to down grade my service ( I HAD GIVEN THE REQUIRED NOTICE) They cut me off and continued to send me higher bills for months. I phoned, emailed ALL departments every day for weeks, nothing happened. Eventual lady in accounts helped. Hello peter also helped i think. There were other problems, too many to mention ! I have now moved my office, using another service provider. The stress, time and money wasted with Vox, no one wants to go through!
