VOX is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE AND USELESS

I can't believe how terrible and useless VOX is, between every single person I spoke to including the so called technician nobody can figure out how to fix an issue on just a small line , if this causes such confusion for them I'd hate to see what they do when a bigger problem comes along, shame.. they have come up with every excuse possible which is making them look even worse than they already are. Clearly it's not very difficult to get a job at VOX. People stay FAR AWAY FROM THEM , rather not have fibre than use them.
