Zero reply to a logged ticket after a week, and very poor connection on a 100/100 fibre line. Their router will also play havoc on you LAN if you have one, and you have no way to chancg the IP settings as access to the router is denied.

Avoid this lot. They are as bad as afrihost. As stated by others, 1 star is too many.
