Vox is deplorable! Do not take up their services

Deplorable non-existent service. Disgusting behaviour from Vox - account ***. There’s no response to emails - various references for tickets logged yet no response. Long wait times on calls over 30-45 minutes if it’s tech support - my airtime is depleted now. The WhatsApp service - the agent or Bot is ineffective! It’s simple logic! My account billing is incorrect! I had canceled/withdrew the cancellation of my service (Q***) for 01 June. I called and confirmed that the cancellation was withdrawn and even signed a new quote.

Why is Vox still billing me R2,199.00 for a TP link that they say that I didn’t return - why?

I signed a new contract (Q***) and am still using the damn TP link??? Why are you charging me for it when I reinstated the service with a new order (Q***).

It is so frustrating that a simple error from Vox cannot be fixed. There’s no help - you phone accounts, they send you to customer service and back into a queue - it’s exhausting! All I want is the 13 June amount of R2.199.00 reversed from my billing because it is incorrect!

How difficult can it possibly be in this day and age to get help! Please do not sign up for this service-after sales service is non existent!
