Vox is all about money not sustaining customer relations

I have been with Vox for the past 2 years and we have been having a good relationship paying them every month including doing referrals to friends family and collogues. On the 10 of November 2022 i called in to inform them that i would like to transfer my account to a new place as my place has been sold and transferred to someone else. I was told that i cant i can only cancel and open a new account i then agreed. After that i am being told that i will have to pay for the following month before my account is cancelled now i have asked it means i need to pay for 2 places which i wont be staying in 1 anymore and while i also want to rejoin in my new place meaning i need to pay them twice in a month. No one wants to assist me with that instead everyone is telling that how they work. Now i don't see a point of rejoining Vox as i was planning to have a long term relationship with them again but it seems like they all about money and not about the customer and sustaining their relationship with the customers. I have sent an email and i don't get feedback anymore and when you speak to the agent they seem like they don't care anymore about you. I am currently looking for a new service provider now. I am not planning to even pay for November as i wont be staying there anymore and i have notified them beginning on October 2022.
