Can someone PLEASE EXPLAIN how yal got to an outstanding balance if R2273???

My partner signed up for 30gig data which only lasted 3days and we decided its definately not worth it and advised that we want to cancel the "contract", which we were clearly advised its a month to month and not a FIXED contract, has NOT been cancelled till today as you are still DEMANDING payment.

Also you are such ****s,first you billed delivery&connection while Travis adviced that delivery is FREE and you DID NOT install nothing,your driver delivered and left and my partner had to do "installation". So why bill that on the statement?

We need clarity, why was the contract not cancelled when we requested? How did you get to over R2k??? Stop harassing us with your emails and calls until you have done proper investigation and provided us with clarity.
