VOX IS A ****, DONT USE THEIR SERVICES!

I had the worst experience with Vox. I had put a debit date on the contract as per agreement with them and their contract clearly states that I will be debited on the chosen date. Just on my first month with them, which was Feb, Vox debits me for Feb and March. I reject the payment and enquire on why I'm debited for two months on the agreed date. Only to get a lousy response that they debit in advance. This was not communicated. So they dont give me wifi for the whole month of March due to non payment (which I understand) but now they are charging me.for that month. I called the call centre to ask how can they charge me for a service they ddnt provide? I ddnt get a solid answer. We are in April now and I'm still being charged for the month of April and STILL NO WIFI in my house. I call them again and they tell me that my account has now been handed over to third party for debt collection. How does this happen when there was no resolution to my complaints?

Its ridiculous!
