VOX IS A ****. A *****.

Vox is potentially the worst telecom company to do business with. they don't give a **** about their clients. they have been giving me runarounds for three months.

back in may I noticed that I could not use my Off-peak data. I told them if they don't fix this problem I am cancelling the whole subscription. they promised to resolve it and i fell for the ****. I had over 24GB data that I paid for that I couldn't use. I was told that I can top up and pay R200 more I will have the data carried over to June. in June 9 am on the first I noticed that all of my data had been wiped clean. it had reset back to 0.00 before the June data of 50gb was loaded. I wrote to Vox ti enquire and they confirmed in writing :

"Hi Kagiso, thank you for your request. Off peak times are from 18:00 to 23:00. Data roll over is valid for one month before expiry. Regards, Eileen.'

this was after I had already spoken to someone on the phone on may 31st who also said the same thing.

another agent said that I was mislead when I was told that the data will be carried over. meaning that person just cost me R200 for the 20GB that I had to buy to replace the 24GB that was supposed t have been carried over. they also confirmed the off peak times to be 18:00 to 23:00.

the investigation carried on and they eventually admitted their attempt to de***** me and sent an email saying that I will get a credit on my account. the email came from LIZ STRYDOM .i expected R200 that I spent. this took atleast 45 days to be finalised. I notified them mid June when the wifi stopped working again and they kept on saying they are investigating. kept me on the phone for more than 45 minutes everyday. when the credit note was finalised it was R28. 28?????? what the hell for? I queried it and some manager said shed call me. it has been a month since she said shell get back to me. again I bought data when I had over 20gbs just chilling there. same thing happens in July. I refuse to pay for something I don't use and now submit a final cancellation of the services (or rather the lack of it).

a Thara Germishuys appears out of nowhere and claims to know more about my Vox account more tha I do. I send her all the evidence and refer her to phone calls. she reduces the amount by some R20. I dispute and now she says I will need a court order to get the evidence retrieved (phone calls) she's using all tricks to get me to pay them. I make it clear that I am completely sane and will not be falling for her ****s and now she sent and email saying I did not submit a cancellation request and that I have to pay 250. she doesn't explain why the amount keeps on going down.

DO NOT FALL FOR VOX ****. READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM HELL.
