VOX is a *******. They installed my FTTH service at the beginning of December 2018. It didn't work from the onset. After about 3 weeks of numerous calls which cost me a ridiculous amount of money, they eventually found the fault. It was a hardware issue at the Vumatel exchange. They still billed me for December. When I requested a credit advising that it was a new installation that never worked so I could not be expected to pay for that period, their response is that "Vox offer a best effort service and therefore I need to pay for that period" even though it is a new installation that never worked!!! I am CANCELLING and WILL NEVER USE
