VOX IS A ****PY SPECIAL NEEDS KID

This is the worst company to deal with by far, tooooooo much red tape just to get one thing done, requires bouncing of the same issue from one department to the platoon of the other unnecessary departments. they never respond to their emails but if they do they respond weeks later, you can never get hold of the accounts or debtors department but if you do you would have been on hold long enough for your first born to finish college, if you request a call back make sure you take your cellphone with you in the shower if needs be because these lovely people only call once and short rings so you will never make it to your phone in time to answer. but hey i am not saying they are pathetic you be the judge from what i have written. Oh and before i forget, did i mention that it takes WEEEEEEEEEEEEEKS for them to process 1 single order? these pathetic fools
