Vox is A no go wifi network provider STAY AWAY I WARN EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!!!

We cancelled vox due to their bad customer service, we don't even have their rooter or anything anymore but they still deducting money from my wife's account, now they want to tell my wife that there is still a active line running in our house, you guys came and pick up your rooter so how the *#*##* do you think I still have a active line that I'm using, I don't use your network anymore, now my wife is trying to phone them to sort this out problem out but they keep on putting her on hold for almost one and a half hour if she asks to go through to management, you guys are ridiculous man, I will never ever recommend vox telecom to anyone stay away from them once they've got your account details they just take money as they please, STAY AWAY FROM VOX!!!!!
