VOX is a NIGHTMARE
The worst customer service I have ever received from a service provider. This is my second review and I have only been using their services from end July 2025. Now my issue with them after their regional sales manager got in touch with me.
On 27 August my account was over debited with R402.09. Till today I’m still waiting for my refund and I’m continuously being ignored by the very same sales manager. This is frustrating .
