Vox is a nightmare!!!

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with Vox Telecom’s service failures and outright incompetence in fulfilling basic contractual obligations. My experience with your company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn other consumers: caveat emptor—let the buyer beware when dealing with Vox. Over a period of three months, Vox proved utterly incapable of: 1. Connecting an existing fibre line in our offices, despite repeated promises and assurances. 2. Providing a functional cellular data line, leaving our operations severely disrupted. In stark contrast, MTN successfully installed a reliable internet connection within 30 minutes—proof that competent service delivery is possible when dealing with a professional provider. Vox’s disorganization is staggering—your "left hand does not know what the right hand is doing." The lack of accountability, communication, and basic problem-solving is inexcusable for a company claiming to offer telecom services. I strongly advise other businesses to avoid Vox Telecom at all costs. Your inability to deliver on even the simplest commitments makes you an unreliable and frankly useless partner. Should you wish to respond, I expect a full explanation and immediate resolution—though at this stage, my confidence in your ability to rectify anything is nonexistent.
