vox is a disappointment

I've been with vox for over 9 months now and for the most part I've been very patient with their service mostly because I work from home everyday. But my patience is wearing thin. Their network is extremely slow. The couple of times I've called them months ago they asked me to run speed tests only to find that it doesn't go past 10 mbps, this is a 20 Mbps line. Only for them to say they are running tests or configurations on their end. At the end of all this, nothing changes. A simple web page will take between 45 seconds and 2 minutes to load. Unfortunately I cannot cancel this thing with them up before this 12 months period but I am definitely changing providers after. I would not suggest them to anyone.
