vox is a ****
Never go fr vox .as thier client we are crying .even now i pay my accoubt monthend as aggreed today they decide to suspend my account on the 21st before monthend .they are a **** .they want me to pay teice in one month .if you thinking of getting fibre never go for vox .every 2weeks they want more money and when you call them they hang up on you and never answer you call backs or emails.its a very huge redflag **** never go they. Please tell others

21 Oct 2024, 16:55vox need to be shutdown its a **** .they **** people and i dnt understand why is vuma working with ****mers .
They want you to pay 2instalments evrymonth .they suspended my account on the 21of October.i last paid on the 1st of October not even a month in 2 weeks i have to pay .and now have to pay even connection fee .please this company needs to be stoped .if you looking for fibre avoid vox and tell your friends and family its a huge ****.dont work with them .call center they hang up when you bring your issues even whatapp they ignore you
