This service is terrible. The line is down once a month and then god help you if you have to call in because it’s a 35 minute wait and once you get to the end of it, you have a overworked irratated employee on the other end!!!

I have two lines with and have inquired about a business line, but decided against that as the price for the business line is four times that of a home line with the same speed.

I will be moving my lines away from Vox shortly I wish them and all their partners, the same joy they’ve given me. Actually, I wish them 10 times as much.

I would implore the Vox, CEO or CFO or CTO to phone there own helpline to see what a **** show they running.
