Vox is a ****

I am new to Vox. After being **** to by their sales people, they took 3 weeks to deliver my router. I am struggling with installation and no help has been offered. They proceeded to take 1400 from my account when they said the monthly amount will be 800. They took my money and i still have no internet.

Stay away from Vox, they are unprofessional and definitely not helpful. You call and get given the run around, their technicians are clueless and they don't have the capacity for customers. Their bottom line is making money by any means necessary. Once they get a sale, you are on your own.
