Vox is a ****!

I ordered a data sim card with Vox and when I received it the sim card was not working. I called them and logged a ticket to receive assistance with setting up the data sim card, they took over a week to call me back asking for more info on the logged ticket. I told them to cancel the account as I have been waiting for too long just to get help so I do not wish to continue business with them. They said they would and soon after that, I received an invoice from them. I called them again to let them know that I have. not used their services and I am being billed - mind you, the bill was not even what we agreed on. It had extras that I knew nothing about. The person who was assisting said they would log that and also cancel the account as it was still active. They kept on sending me the invoice and now they have handed me over to their debt collectors. What a nerve! after calling them more than once to have this canceled. They can't even tell me what I am being for as I have used zero of their data. Vox is a ****!
