Vox - Internet frequently offline and vox doing nothing about it

I'm not one to complain online easily. But I just have to post this.

Vox, once an amazing Internet service provider is now one of the worst. Customer service, quick to answer the phones but slow to action and no permanent fixes put in place to solve repetitive/frequent issues. My internet is going off at least once a week, without it being arranged downtime, and the reason that was provided to me was, because Frogfoot is doing upgrades to make the line more stable which is nonsense. According to me, I was better off with Telkom ADSL. And now for me to cancel with Vox I need to pay R1700. Recommendation, stay away, rather go with Afrihost, Web Africa, etc.
