Vox Installation Nightmare!!!

Vox has been the BIGGEST disappointment and disaster!!! It has taken over 2 weeks just to get a flipping installation into my home and even at the time of writing this i am still not connected! Their process is just a complete disaster, agents clearly rely on a system that doesn't work! Their partnership with Vumatel which now has prevented an actual user to contact Vuma directly is useless!

Everyone seemingly relies on emails to communicate back and forth. Its 2021 and it still takes 2 flipping weeks to just get a line activated with Vox!!!! I'm not even going to go into how much i have had to spend on mobile data just to keep my business running while Vox and Vuma figure out how to communicate and get their service delivered to clients!!

Please if you are looking for a ISP to go with and are looking for quick turn around DON'T go with Vox! I really wish i could have chosen someone else instead! Now i have to go through another day with no internet because now its past 5pm and no one is picking up my calls through their call center and i can bet that no one will call me back even though they so call offer a call back service!! #FFS
