VOX Installation a nightmare

Worst service and customer experience! Signing up by Vox has been a big mistake. From doing the fiber installation and Router setup has been a nightmare! Had to take off from work to get the fiber installation done which was confirmed with a booking - But NOBODY showed up. Fine, they then do this over a weekend. Book a time to get the router setup - NOBODY shows up again. There is no communication and I have to call consistently to find out what is going on and nobody can give answers.

Is it even worth completing this with Vox? Maybe just cancel and sign up with an ISP who knows what they are doing and don't waste people's time!!!
