VOX Incompetence taken to new heights
<p>VOX started deducting R485-00 from my personal Credit Card account a while ago. This was for ADSL for the COMPANY THAT I WORK FOR. I tried to stop it at FNB and at VOX, after a millions emails with 2 million referance numbers VOX finally saw some light and stopped it, FOR 2 months, now they have deducted R485-00 again. It seems that these people really really do not have a clue, and as long as they need money they'll just deduct it from anyones account, and in FNB they found a willing partner. Utterly useless</p>
