Vox Incompetence
7-days without internet. Zero feedback. Zero ability to establish what the issue is. Complete incompetence at every level.
They will never assist you with any issue you have. They will not answer your calls, emails, tweets, WhatsApp's or any other method of attempted communication despite escalations.
Would never recommend Vox to any consumer or business.
