Vox INCOMPETENCE
I have been harassed by zVox incompetence for a while now for an unpaid account for a person who has the same name as me. My cell no (the same no ive had since the inception of cell phones in SA), email address and physical address is different. Ive never ever lived in Rynefield in my life.
They found my email address from a support ticket i logged on a different domain for one of my clients. I have never been a customer of vox telecoms and from the service they offer i never will be.
Get your **** together Vox INCOMPETENCE

05 Dec 2019, 13:46A VM i manage is down and after trying to email support at Vox my email has been banned. Petulant behaviour Vox! Wont support out a problem with your creditor department though!
