VOX - Incompetant and Clueless in what they profess to provide!!

Absolutely the WORST company I've had to deal with in a long time ... and there are some truly terrible companies out there in SA!!!!! DO NOT USE VOX for anything!!! Totally incompetant and a bunch of idiots who don't know what's happening in their own line of service provision, with each one blaming the other for their overall incompetance!!! A a medical servicde provider, I needed existing telephone numbers ported over with a new internet / fibre service to a new site of my Practice!! I unfortunatley, decided to go with VOX as I had used them for my home (simple fibre / internet). What a costly mistake!!! It took them about 2 weeks to partially achieve something that should have been done in 2 hours!!! I had to get in another service provider to finish the job as VOX seemed unable to figure out why the services they provided were not working ... after trying to solve the situation for a week!!! I was also told that had to pay them R11 490 to get out of the contract i signed with them - even though they were unable to provide the service as expected!! I will be waiting for the 12 months to be over so that I can free myself of these ******!!! Also beware of irregular billings from them!!
